of love, life and living it up

if its one thing i hate its people with small minds. you know, the kind of people who refuse to see the bigger picture or think outside the box. or the kind of person who is always pointing out other peoples faults (physical or otherwise) and constantly criticising things and complaining. granted, i am a bit narrow minded sometimes, and i can be pig-headed and if i see someone who looks totally ridiculous or who acts in a silly way i shall comment about it. but i have not made it a habit or hobby, where im always on the look out for something thats wrong with someone else then make a big deal about it. it gets on my nerves, its irritating and not very nice. individuals who are always trying to show others up or nitpicking on irrelevancies have an issue with self esteem and tend to come off as needy and vindictive. and the worst thing is that if someone who has that particular habit is always mouthing off to you about others chances are that they will be doing the same thing to you behind your back.

and what do you do if you are in a worst case scenario and you have the bad luck to be room mates with such an insufferable person? do like i do and ignore them tick the days off the calender till the day they move out. and children, the lesson for today is dont talk about others behind their backs-what goes around comes around. sigh. where is the love ...
